All purchases of Witeso Pro subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for any subscription payments once processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund current subscription period charges.

If you sign up for a trial period, you will not be charged during the trial.

Once the trial period expires, your account will be automatically charged for the subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

In rare cases of technical issues preventing service delivery, we may consider partial credit to your account.

These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require verification by our technical team.
